Our studio was founded in 1986 as the Margaret Haddad Studio of Classical Ballet. Upon Margaret Haddad's retirement in 2015, the studio passed to new ownership and re-opened as

the Great Falls Classical Ballet, under creative director Casey Jones.

We are a Russian Classical studio, offering lessons in Legat Method Classical Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary Ballet, and Fitness. Our studio houses two distinct programs: Recreational Ballet and Company.

Our recreational lessons are ideal for dancers seeking to dance 1 to 4 hours weekly, in a traditional ballet environment. We emphasize Classical Technique as well as strong discipline and focus.

Our Company program is ideal for dancers who wish to experience the excitement and rigor of a Pre-professional ballet academy, without sacrificing their academic education, and at a more affordable price. Students train 4 to 20 hours weekly depending upon their desired curriculum, produce semi-annual full length ballets,

and have the opportunity to participate in summer intensives, travel conventions,

master classes in Bhangra, Irish Step, Jazz, Lyrical, Latin Ballroom & more!

OUR director

Owner & Creative Director Casey Jones, has been a lifelong member of the GFCB family. After moving to Great Falls from the United Kingdom, Ms. Casey enrolled at the Margaret Haddad Studio, where she danced and trained for nearly 14 years. One of the youngest to ever be offered a place in the teacher training program set forth by Margaret Haddad and the Russian Ballet Society of Scotland, Ms. Casey was passionate about teaching ballet from an early age. After studying business, child developmental psychology, and dance at University, she completed her Bachelors Degree in Communications Studies with an Associates Degree in Fine Art, and accepted a position teaching ballet for a competitive dance school. Ms. Casey rose to the position of ballet director in 2012. Upon Mrs. Haddad's retirement in 2015, Ms. Casey took ownership of the studio, combining the wonderful established studio traditions with a more modern approach, and more rigorous course offerings, to create the Great Falls Classical Ballet.

The GFCB is a strong and close-knit community of talented dancers. Whether you would like to apply to join the Senior Company, or simply schedue a recreational sample class, we look forward to hearing from you!
